No entry fees or purchases are required to participate in the 2025 VSiN March Bracket Challenge.

The 2025 VSiN March Bracket Challenge is a contest based on the 2025 College Basketball Division I Men's Basketball Tournament (the "Tournament") designed for participants to demonstrate their skill at making correct selections against the Spread or Over/Under on Tournament games. It will be played by accessing the VSiN.com web site and complying with the following Official Rules.

VSiN is owned and operated by the Vegas Sports Information Network, LLC. The 2025 VSiN March Bracket Challenge is not affiliated with or sponsored by the National Collegiate Athletic Association.

Participants in the 2025 VSiN March Bracket Challenge shall be awarded points by making correct picks as detailed below. The Grand Prize will be awarded to the Participant accumulating the most points at the conclusion of the Tournament.

To be eligible for the Grand Prizes, Participants must complete registration by thirty (30) minutes prior to the tip-off of the first round of the Tournament on March 20, 2025.

Each individual email address is entitled to one 2025 VSiN March Bracket Challenge entry.

The 2025 VSiN March Bracket Challenge is open only to United States residents of the forty eight (48) contiguous United States and Washington D.C., but is void in Alaska, Hawaii and any other jurisdiction where prohibited by law. Participants must also be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of legal majority in their state of primary residence at time of registration. Each Participant must be either the rightful owner of the e-mail address identified in the Participant's registration form or have specific permission to use the email address from the owner of the email account at the time of registration. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner, the decision of VSiN shall be final. Employees, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of VSiN and its respective parent company, and their immediate family members, are ineligible for the Grand Prizes in the 2025 VSiN March Bracket Challenge.

Registration for the 2025 VSiN March Bracket Challenge shall begin on Sunday, March 16 by accessing the VSiN.com web site and following the rules and procedures outlined on the 2025 VSiN March Bracket Challenge page.

The Spreads and Over/Under on each Tournament game will be supplied by the Circa Sports Book of Las Vegas, Nevada, or another source designated by VSiN. Participants will make their selections on the 2025 VSiN March Bracket Challenge pages available only on VSiN.com.

Participants will earn points based on correct picks of teams covering the Spread or games going Over or Under the Total. For the purpose of this contest, a 'push' will be scored as a correct pick. Points will be awarded as follows:

Round of 64 : 20 Picks on Spread or Over/Under 1 point per correct pick or push

Round of 32 : 10 Picks on Spread or Over/Under 2 points per correct pick or push

Round of 16 : 4 Picks on Spread or Over/Under 4 points per correct pick or push

Round of 8 : 3 Picks on Spread or Over/Under 5 points per correct pick or push

Final Four : 2 Picks on Spread or Over/Under 8 points per correct pick or push

Championship Game : 1 Pick on Spread or Over/Under 10 points per correct pick or push

At the conclusion of the Tournament, Participants' scores will be calculated and the Grand Prize will be awarded to the top-scoring Participant. The Participant with the second-highest total point score will receive the Second Place prize money. The Participant with the third-highest total point score will receive the Third Place prize money.

In the event of a tie, the tiebreaker will apply as follows:

Grand Prize : $3,000 in cash

Second Place : $1,500 in cash

Third Place : $500 in cash

The 2025 VSiN March Bracket Challenge is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

By participating, each Participant shall be bound by these Official Rules.

By participating in the 2025 VSiN March Bracket Challenge, each Participant agrees to give VSiN permission to send the daily newsletter with best bets and contest updates as well as emails with contest deadline reminders.

By participating in this 2025 VSiN March Bracket Challenge and/or by accepting any prize, each Participant agrees to release and indemnify VSiN, its respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, units and divisions and advertising and promotional agencies and prize suppliers; each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees; and each of these companies and individuals' respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in the 2025 VSiN March Bracket Challenge and/or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Acceptance of a prize authorizes VSiN and their assigns to use his/her name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence and entry materials in programming or promotional material, throughout the universe in perpetuity, or on a winner's list, if applicable, without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

Postage-due, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, garbled or unintelligible entries, communications or affidavits, regardless of the method of transmission; (ii) telephone system, telephone or computer hardware, software or other technical or computer malfunctions, lost connections, Any personal information supplied by Participants will be subject to VSiN's privacy policy.

By participating in the 2025 VSiN March Bracket Challenge, all Participants grant Sponsor permission to share Participant's email addresses and any other personally identifiable information for the purpose of contest administration and prize fulfillment.
