ⓘ How does the edge work? ▼
Edge is the difference between our model's probability and the sportsbook's implied probability. A positive edge means our model believes the bet has more value than the odds suggest — even when the projection is close to or slightly below the line. This is because statistical models account for the full range of outcomes, not just the average. A player projected at 24.5 on a 25+ line still has a meaningful chance of going over.
Bet shows the recommended direction: OVER or UNDER when there is positive edge. No badge means no value was found.
Confidence combines edge size, projection strength, and recent player trends: ★★★ Strong, ★★ Moderate, ★ Speculative.
