The Edge Boost Average Joe Contest (the "Contest") is a contest based on the 2025-26 college and pro football season (the "Season") designed for participants to demonstrate their skill at making correct selections against the spread and totals on games. It will be played by accessing the VSiN.com web site and complying with the following Official Rules.

VSiN is owned and operated by the Vegas Sports Information Network, LLC.

The Contest is not affiliated with or sponsored by the National Collegiate Athletic Association or the National Football League.

Participants in the Contest shall be awarded points by making correct predictions as detailed below. The grand prize will be awarded to the participant accumulating the most points at the conclusion of the Season. To be eligible for the grand prize, participants must complete registration on VSiN.com.

Each individual email address is entitled to one Contest entry.

There are no entry fees or required purchases to participate in the Contest. Participants must be registered VSiN.com users so they can log into the Contest platform.

The Contest is open only to United States residents of the forty eight (48) contiguous United States and Washington D.C., but is void in Alaska, Hawaii and elsewhere as may be prohibited by law. Participants must also be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of legal majority in their state of primary residence at time of registration. Each Participant must be either the rightful owner of the e-mail address identified in the Participant's registration form or have specific permission to use the email address from the owner of the email account at the time of registration. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner, the decision of VSiN shall be final. Employees, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of VSiN and its respective parent company, and their immediate family members, are ineligible to participate in the Contest.

Registration for the Contest shall begin on Tuesday, August 12, at 12:01 a.m. Eastern by accessing the VSiN.com web site and following the rules and procedures outlined on the Contest page.

When: Friday, September 5 through Friday, January 16, 2026 (20 weeks)

Contest format and plays

Seven plays per week for each of the first 18 weeks, and the plays must be college and NFL full-game sides and totals (no props, team totals or first-half plays) with one designated as the Best Bet (BB). Contestants are limited to four college football totals per week.

Three plays per week for Week 19 and Week 20, and the plays will come from the NFL and College Football Playoff schedule, with the January 19, 2026 national championship game representing the final game of the contest.

Plays will be graded as one point for a win - a Best Bet winner is worth 1.5 points - and a half-point for a push. If a game is canceled or postponed, it's graded to be worth a half-point; all games, including any postponed games, must be played by the following Thursday; a postponed game would be graded to be worth a half-point.

The Best Bet (BB) point total will be used as a tiebreaker if needed.

Use the Circa Sports lines posted at 10 a.m. PT Fridays. All contestants are using the same lines. Any contestant failing to designate a Best Bet will get a zero for the Best Bet record that week.

All plays must be submitted via VSIN.com no later than 7 a.m. PT each Saturday; any contestant who misses the deadline gets zero points for the week.

Prize structure

AVERAGE JOE CHAMPION:

- automatic qualifier to the 2026 Circa Friday Football Invitational;

- airfare for two (2) to Las Vegas;

- two-night stay for two (2) at the Circa Resort & Casino;

- one-day Circa Stadium Swim experience for two (daybed); and,

- an in-studio, guest appearance on a VSiN show.

WEEKLY PRIZES:

- $500 deposit in Edge Boost account for weekly winner as determined by most points for that week's selections. If the weekly winner has a current Edge Boost account, the prize will be boosted to a $1,000 deposit.

The Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By participating, each Participant shall be bound by these Official Rules. By participating in this Contest and/or by accepting any prize, each Participant agrees to release and indemnify VSiN, its respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, units and divisions and advertising and promotional agencies and prize suppliers; each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees; and each of these companies and individuals' respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Contest and/or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Acceptance of a prize authorizes VSiN and their assigns to use his/her name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence and entry materials in programming or promotional material, throughout the universe in perpetuity, or on a winner's list, if applicable, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. postage-due, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, garbled or unintelligible entries, communications or affidavits, regardless of the method of transmission; (ii) telephone system, telephone or computer hardware, software or other technical or computer malfunctions, lost connections.

Any personal information supplied by Participants will be subject to VSiN's privacy policy. By participating in the Contest, all Participants grant Sponsor permission to share Participant's email addresses and any other personally identifiable information for the purpose of contest administration and prize fulfillment.
