The VSiN Daily Challenge #1 (the "Contest") is a contest designed for participants to demonstrate their skill at making correct selections against the spread and totals on games. It will be played by accessing the VSiN.com web site and complying with the following Official Rules.

VSiN is owned and operated by the Vegas Sports Information Network, LLC.

The Contest is not affiliated with or sponsored by the National Collegiate Athletic Association or the NBA.

Participants in the Contest shall be awarded points by making correct predictions as detailed below. First prize will be awarded to the participant accumulating the most points at the conclusion of the contest. To be eligible for any prizes, participants must complete registration on VSiN.com.

Each individual email address is entitled to one Contest entry.

There are no entry fees or required purchases to participate in the Contest. Participants must be registered VSiN.com users so they can log into the Contest platform.

The Contest is open only to United States residents of the forty eight (48) contiguous United States and Washington D.C., but is void in Alaska, Hawaii and elsewhere as may be prohibited by law. Participants must also be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of legal majority in their state of primary residence at time of registration. Each Participant must be either the rightful owner of the e-mail address identified in the Participant's registration form or have specific permission to use the email address from the owner of the email account at the time of registration. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner, the decision of VSiN shall be final. Employees, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of VSiN and its respective parent company, and their immediate family members, are ineligible to participate in the Contest.

When: Saturday, January 31st (1 day)

Contest format and plays

Eight plays, and the plays must be NBA and COLLEGE full-game sides and totals (no props, team totals or first-half plays).

Plays are worth 8 points for the strongest play, down to 1 point for the weakest play. A Maximum of (36) points are possible. Pushes will receive (0) points.

All contestants are using the same lines via Circa Sports Las Vegas.

All plays must be submitted via VSiN.com no later than 8:45 a.m. PT Saturday, January 31st.

1st - $250 Omaha Steak Gift Certificate

2nd - $150 Omaha Steak Gift Certificate

3rd - $100 Omaha Steak Gift Certificate

Tiebreakers

ACTION POINTS (e.g., if you have the Bulls +7 and they LOSE 110-130 you have NEGATIVE 13 ACTION points; If you have the BUCKS -7 and they WIN 135-115 you have PLUS 13 ACTION points)

The Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By participating, each Participant shall be bound by these Official Rules. By participating in this Contest and/or by accepting any prize, each Participant agrees to release and indemnify VSiN, its respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, units and divisions and advertising and promotional agencies and prize suppliers; each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees; and each of these companies and individuals' respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Contest and/or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Acceptance of a prize authorizes VSiN and their assigns to use his/her name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence and entry materials in programming or promotional material, throughout the universe in perpetuity, or on a winner's list, if applicable, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. postage-due, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, garbled or unintelligible entries, communications or affidavits, regardless of the method of transmission; (ii) telephone system, telephone or computer hardware, software or other technical or computer malfunctions, lost connections.

Any personal information supplied by Participants will be subject to VSiN's privacy policy. By participating in the Contest, all Participants grant Sponsor permission to share Participant's email addresses and any other personally identifiable information for the purpose of contest administration and prize fulfillment.
